Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that drive the growth and success of the RFID division, aligning with the overall company objectives.

  • Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to the RFID operations team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability in all aspects of product development, manufacturing, and deployment.

  • Technology Integration: Spearhead the integration of RFID technology into our product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing solutions and explore new possibilities.

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of RFID solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the RFID division, managing budgets, forecasting, and implementing cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.

  • Team Building and Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
