Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear technology strategy aligned with QORE4's overall business goals. Lead the technology team in executing the strategy to achieve long-term success.

RFID Expertise: Leverage your extensive background in RFID technology to guide the development of groundbreaking solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to ensure QORE4 remains a leader in the RFID space.

Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative RFID solutions to market.

Team Building and Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and technology providers to enhance QORE4's technological capabilities.

Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate technological risks, ensuring the security and stability of QORE4's RFID solutions. Implement best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
Qualifications

Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success as a technology leader, preferably as a CTO or in a senior leadership role within the RFID industry.

RFID Expertise: In-depth knowledge of RFID technology, including but not limited to RFID hardware, software, protocols, and emerging trends.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
